This suspension kit was designed for the extreme off roader. This kit is fully CAD designed with 3/16” and 1/8” boxed plate. We changed the upper arm mounting location to improve the geometry of the full suspension cycle. This kit is capable of 19” of wheel travel with the 2WD system and 17” of wheel travel with the 4WD system. The 4WD kit comes with 300M race axles. It allows for the use of tires up to 37” in diameter and designed to run a 2.5 x 10” coilover and bypass shock with +1” rod ends. Engine crossover brace extra $250. **Note: This system does require fabrication work. We highly recommend to have the work done by a professional and qualified fabricator. **

This kit is a true bolt-on long travel kit. It’s fully CAD designed with 3/16” and 1/8” boxed plate. The kit is 3"" wider per side for a total of 6"" wider front track width. Compatible with both 2WD and 4WD. Bolts up to the stock spindle. Cycles 14"" wheel travel. This kit is meant to be paired with our custom made bolt-on 2.5"" Radflo coilover. Option to run with the 2WD 4"" lift spindle kit. Comes with limit straps. The top mount does need to be welded to the frame for the limit straps to work. 4WD comes with a pair of 300M axles to complete the kit. (Axles only work with OEM CV's) 2WD lift spindle option available.
Options: Boxed UCA that works with aftermarket shock hoops. Add this option to the notes at check out if this option is needed.

Black Powder Coat
(Full Heim) Replaces the inner and outer tie rods. This kit comes with heims and both ends of the tie rods for a stronger and firmer feel. These are much stronger than stock tie rods and also eliminate bump steer.
(Outer Heim) Replaces the outer tie rod/ ball joint. This kit will tighten up the front end and steering. Connects to the stock inner tie rod. Runs a heim outer.

Fully CAD designed 4” lift spindles. Vertical 1” uniball in spindle for upper arm mount. Boxed UCA. This kit allows for increased wheel travel. Comes with heim outer steering. When paired with a lift coilover, this kit is capable of 6” of lift. This kit will increase the track width 1” per side due to hub placement. This kit is the best way to get lift yet retain the factory ride.
