Light housing is 3D printed out of outdoor/ weather resistant materials. These housing are then painted black for added life.

We have upgraded our Sport Pods internals and exterior! The new upgrades have resulted in a brighter light with a better beam pattern that has longer distance and wider spread. New LED chips have been designed from the previous output of 5 watt peak to 5 watt running, this makes for a brighter light with a higher continuous output.
Re-engineered projectors for a better beam pattern with high clarity optics which result in an increase in up to 18% higher output. Our Amber and Flush Mount Pods also have all of these new upgrades.
This kit is setup for the rear of you Nissan Titan to be able to run a 40" chase light bar. The mounts are made from 5051 aluminum plate. The side wings do require drilling into the cab for mounting. The kit comes with self sealing bolts.
