G4D Bars – Our G4D Bars utilize 3w Osram LED Chips combined with 4D Reflectors which projects the light out about 4x compared to a standard reflector, as well as military grade breathers. Our G4D series use the same internals as the G3D, just with a new projector. We suggest this series for customers who need an extreme amount of spot and an extreme amount of flood.

Our 12" G4DSR LED Light Bar puts out 2880 Lumens

All of our G4DSR Series LED Bars utilize 3w Osram LED Chips combined with a 3D Projector

Our 12" G4DSR is 36 Watts, resulting in 3 Amps @ 12 Volts

All of our light bars feature a polycarbonate lens, which is an unshatterable, unbreakable material.

All G4D Bars come in a combo beam pattern (flood on the outside, spot in the middle)

We have upgraded our Sport Pods internals and exterior! The new upgrades have resulted in a brighter light with a better beam pattern that has longer distance and wider spread. New LED chips have been designed from the previous output of 5 watt peak to 5 watt running, this makes for a brighter light with a higher continuous output.

Re-engineered projectors for a better beam pattern with high clarity optics which result in an increase in up to 18% higher output. Our Amber and Flush Mount Pods also have all of these new upgrades.

The boards are the new REVO2 units, they have a highly effective power management system to produce true 5 watts per chip and control heat more efficiently.
Upgraded finish on the exterior from the Matte black to a Satin black, this finish has less of a chance of fading under the sun and has a more premium appearance.
Smaller, brighter, more efficient LED chips with higher constant running power at 5W each.

Rear wing light bar mounts

This kit is setup for the rear of you Nissan Titan to be able to run a 40" chase light bar. The mounts are made from 5051 aluminum plate. The side wings do require drilling into the cab for mounting. The kit comes with self sealing bolts.
